Week 15: HELP!

HELP: a cry out to God, friend, or stranger, in a time of need.  My lack of True Health is really pissing me off.  I know I could lock myself in my room and shrivel up into that tiny grain of sand, or I could fight back and get HELP!  In the Worlds Greatest Salesman, Og Mandino writes, “I am here for a purpose, and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand.

I have been really perplexed as to what I should write about.  My breathing issues have kept me from working at 100% for about the last 2 weeks.  I am doing the assignments but not blogging, reading blogs, or tweeting much.  But I am not here to bitch and moan about my problems, I am looking for solutions and HELP from the MKMMA family and the world.

Emerson’s Law of Compensation say to get more we must give more.  What would you consider about placing a group in our Key Klub for supporting MKMMA members.  For myself I would post something like visualize True Health breathing clearly and easily.  Someone else may post a business goal.  The power of the master mind visualizing and realizing others goals and needs will only expedite the realization of our own goals.

Any HELP with realizing my PPN True Health would be greatly appreciated.  It is a part of my DMP, my shapes around the house, my dream boards, and my recording I listen to 10 times per day, you see I drive a lot.

My network marketing company is building, realizing TRUE HEALTH would help me kick it into high gear.   Sales for my regular JOB were great for 2010, an increase in sales of 40% about $200,000.00.

I thought the song Help by the Beatles was very convenient with what I was trying to convey.  I see it as a song about getting a little help from your friends, pun intended.

Song: Help! (Artist: Beatles)

When I was younger, so much younger than today
I never needed anybody’s help in any way
But now these days are gone and I’m not so self assured
Now I find I’ve changed my mind, opened up the doors

Help me if you can, I’m feeling down
And I do appreciate you being round
Help me get my feet back on the ground
Won’t you please, please help me

And now my life has changed in oh so many ways
My independence seems to vanish in the haze
But every now and then I feel so insecure
Now I know I need you like I’ve never done before

Help if you can I’m feeling down [
And I do appreciate you being round
Help me get my feet back on the ground
Won’t you please, please help me

Help
I need somebody
Help
Not just anybody
Help
You know I need someone
Help

Looking forward to a great new year.

Keep looking up,

Brian

I know you’re tired. I know you feel overwhelmed. You may feel as though this crisis, this problem, this hard time will last forever.

It won’t. You are almost there.

You don’t just think it has been hard; it has been hard. You have been tested, tried, and retested on what you have learned.

Your beliefs and your faith have been tried in fire. You have believed, then doubted, then worked at believing some more. You have had to have faith even when you could not see or imagine what you were asked to believe. Others around you may have tried to convince you not to believe in what you were hoping you could believe.

You have had opposition. You have not gotten to this place with total support and joy. You have had to work hard, in spite of what was happening around you. Sometimes, what motivated you was anger; sometimes fear.

Things went wrong – more problems occurred than you anticipated. There were obstacles, frustrations, and annoyances in route. You did not plan on this being the way it would evolve. Much of this has been a surprise; some of it has not been at all what you desired.

Yet, it has been good. Part of you, the deepest part that knows trust, has sensed this all along, even when your head told you that things were out of whack and crazy, that there was no plan or purpose, that God has not forgotten you.

So much has happened, and each incident – the most painful, the most troubling, the most surprising – has a connection. You are beginning to see and sense that.

You never dreamt things would happen this way, did you? But they did. Now you are learning the secret – they were meant to happen this way, and this way is good, better than what you expected.

You didn’t believe it would take this long, either – did you? But it did. You have learned patience.

You never thought you could have it, but now you know you do.

You have been led. Many were the moments when you thought you were forgotten, when you were convinced you had been abandoned. Now you know you have been guided.

Now things are coming into place. You are almost at the end of this phase, this difficult portion of the journey. The lesson is almost complete. You know – the lesson you fought, resisted, and insisted you could not learn. Yes, that one. You have almost mastered it.

You have been changed from the inside out. You have been moved to a different level, a higher level, a better level.

You have been climbing a mountain. It has not been easy, but mountain climbing is never easy. Now, you are near the top. A moment longer, and the victory shall be yours.

Steady your shoulders. Breathe deeply. Move forward in confidence and peace. The time is coming to relish and enjoy all which you have fought for. That time is drawing near, finally.

I know you have thought before that the time was drawing near, only to learn that it wasn’t. but now, the reward is coming. You know that too. You can feel it.

Your struggle has not been in vain. For every struggle on this journey, there is a climax, a resolution.

Peace, joy, abundant blessings, and reward are yours here on earth. Enjoy.

There will be more mountains, but now you know how to climb them. And you have learned the secret of what is at the top.

Today, I will accept where I am and continue pushing forward. If I am in the midst of a learning experience, I will allow myself to continue on with the faith that the day of mastery and reward will come. Help me, God, understand that despite my best efforts to live in peaceful serenity, there are times of mountain climbing. Help me stop creating chaos and crisis, and help me meet the challenges that will move me upward and forward.

Beattie, M. (1990). The Language of Letting Go – Hazelden Meditation Series.

May you reach the top with joy, peace, abundant blessings and love in your heart.

Happy New Year! 2011 shall be filled with rewards and blessings on  Earth from God and the Infinite Universe!

Christmas poppers a family tradition we  share during Christmas dinner.  You pull your Christmas popper apart from both ends and “POP”, inside is usually a silly little trinket and a paper crown made of silver or gold.  Everyone puts on their paper crowns and shares the little gift they found inside.  I don’t believe in coincidence, I believe in the law of attraction.  Can anyone guess what little trinket was inside my Christmas popper?………..

A COMPASS!!!!!!!

I have compasses on all of my shapes and dream boards through out my house.  No one else got a compass in their Christmas popper only me.  This little compass was exciting to me and I shared with a few of my family members how the compass symbolized my definite major purpose.  I was no longer guided by the clock but by a definite purpose.

I persist and visualize True Health, Helping Others, and Liberty.

PS:  Scheduled 2 appointments with family members to share networking business.

Most of us have experienced getting a virus or malicious software on our computers.  The virus takes control and redirects your efforts, slows your computer down to a snails pace, and basically causes mayhem for any of the simple tasks you want to complete.  Eventually with the help of an antivirus program and expert advice we delete the malicious program, and our computer is running smoothly completing millions of minute tasks every second.

My computer got a virus, not the one on my desk top the one on top of my shoulders.  You know what I mean the type of virus that takes control of your mind and redirects your efforts toward your old programming, your old blue print.  My subconscious is really stubborn and loves all the crap I have been feeding it for the past 50 + years.  I really don’t know where this virus came from but it really set me back yesterday.

Thank God I have this really cool antivirus software and expert advice I can plug into my brain.  It is called the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.  I am able to rewrite over old ineffective, virus infected, and malicious thought patterns.  The antivirus software we use for our computers is always on and constantly being updated to fight the latest and greatest threat.  We must be vigilant and on guard to keep negative thoughts, negative influences, and negative people out of our minds.  We must constantly update our minds with positive influences, lofty goals, thoughts of being whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.

I may have a pity party once in a while but I now have the tools to overcome it.

Hello all,

Just a quick and easy blog on rejection free prospecting.  A tool to use during the holiday season during all those family functions, social gatherings, and holiday parties.

Used to be I would throw up on any prospect everything about my business.  I would have them running for the hills.  The short script below is a combination of teachings from the worlds laziest networker, and “Big Tom Al Schreiter”.  Adapt it to your current networking company and explode your business.  You want to answer their question, (what you do for a living), with a couple of strong benefit statements.

Rejection Free Prospecting:

At a holiday party, family get together, or social situation.

Question: Hey Joe, what are you doing now?

Question: By the way Joe what do you do for a living?

Answer: I help people to achieve health and financial wellness by boosting their immune system and their pocket book.  Almost everyone today is more health and money conscious, right?  I’m always looking for people who would like to make extra money.

If the prospect says, “Hmmm, that’s interesting. Tell me more,” that’s your signal to continue with your interested prospect.

If the prospect says, “Oh, that’s nice. We sure have had a lot of bad weather lately,” — well, that’s your signal to go on and ask a different prospect, “What do you do for a living?”

***Remember you are sorting.  You need to find out if they are actually a prospect.  Move forward with the 54 second commercial.  You want to get 4 out of the 4 questions answered with a yes or pass, move on to the next prospect.***

Brian

Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?  I got together with a few of my upline leaders this weekend and did exactly that.  Like Mark J. has been saying all along the best way to learn a new skill is to teach it.

I decided it was time to get the leaders in my business both upline and downline to see my vision which has been manifested through MKMMA.  I really believe they were blown away. They saw my commitment to creating a huge organization.  This meeting was a start to creating a master mind alliance for my DMP.  I asked Ray my upline leader to hold me accountable for the actions I promise to perform on a week to week basis, (OATS).

I shared with them the story about Al & Nancy, why Nancy was cashing big checks and Al who wasn’t cashing any checks at all.  We all know the answer to this, skills.  I spoke with them about sorting prospects, the 54 Second Commercial, and How To Build A Huge List.  I then directed them to Mark’s website worldslaziestnetworker.com and asked them to opt in for all the free skills training and videos on rejection free prospecting.

Wow……….it’s great to get others excited, being part of team, knowing I am not out there on my own trying to build my business.  It’s also helping to spread the word about MKMMA, the upline leaders I shared this information with have 1,000’s of distributors in their downlines.  Thanks Mark & Davene for the countless hours you have contributed to helping others, a favorite PPN of my own.

Destroy your old blueprint Fear of Failure.   Here is a post from an unknown author I wanted to share.

Be honest with yourself – does the fear of failure leave you sweaty palmed? Do you fear taking action and procrastinate regularly because you fear that you will fail?

Fear of failure is one of the greatest fears that people face on a day to day basis. It is something we learnt from childhood and is closely related to fear of criticism and fear of rejection. Unfortunately, our schooling systems do not help as they teach our children that failing should be avoided at all costs and parents can quite often put the same pressure onto their children… not fully contemplating the serious affect this has on both their children and our society long term.

The truth of the matter is that to be successful you will fail and entrepreneurs fail over and over and over again.

I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have failed over the years but the clue is to keep bouncing back and learn from your failures. In fact failing is absolutely essential to personal growth, success and wealth.

Fear only incapacitates unsuccessful people, whilst successful people overcome their fear of failure pretty quickly if they want to live the life of their dreams.

For example, in NLP – The Law of Feedback states: there is no such thing as failure; only feedback. Successful people look at mistakes as outcomes or results, not as failure. Unsuccessful people look at mistakes as permanent and personal.

Most people self-limit themselves and never actually try anything that they are passionate about, whether it’s starting a new course, changing jobs or starting up their own business…

Are you one of those people?

Are you limiting yourself as a result of fear of failure?

Most people do not achieve a fraction of what they are capable of achieving because they are petrified of failing. To me this is heart breaking as life is all about experiencing as much joy as possible and unleashing our true inner power and potential: to follow our dreams from the heart and live an incredible life filled with love, good health, wealth and happiness!

Take these steps to overcome your fear of failure and move yourself forward to living the life of your dreams and reaching your goals:

Step One: Take action today… instantly and with no excuses! Bold, decisive action! Do something scary that you have been putting off for ages. Fear of failure immobilizes you and limits your true inner power and potential (which every single one of us that exists has). To overcome this fear, you must act now!

Step Two: Persist. Successful people just don’t give up, nor do they make any excuses for their failures… none whatsoever. They keep trying different approaches to achieving their outcomes until they finally get the results they want no matter what it takes because they will not settle for anything less than they deserve. Unsuccessful people try one thing that doesn’t work and then give up instantly, usually blaming others for their mis-fortunes. Often people give up when they are on the threshold of succeeding… just minutes away!

Step Three: Don’t take failure personally. Who cares at the end of the day? Failure is about behavior, outcomes, and results. Failure is not a personality characteristic. Although what you did may not have given you the result you wanted, it doesn’t make you a bad person. If this was the case, I would be considered the biggest failure and the worst person known to mankind!

Step Four: Treat the experience as an opportunity to learn. Think of failure as a learning experience. Remember the saying: “There is no such thing as failure; only feedback”.

What did you learn from the experience? How can you use the experience to improve yourself or your situation in the future? Use what you learned from the experience so you can do it differently next time. Learn from the experience and do not let it stop you in your journey to happiness and success.

Step Five: Failing is essential for business growth. In today’s fast pace business world, companies must fail fast in order to succeed.

What this means is that the way we learn is by making mistakes… and the more mistakes we make, the faster the growth. So if we want to learn at a faster pace, we must make mistakes at a faster pace. The key is that you must learn from the mistakes you make so you don’t repeat them.

So – are you going to take the plunge today and do what you are truly passionate about? Are you going to move forward, rather than backward and embrace failure as being your best friend… who will guide you through the most amazing personal growth you will ever have experienced?

Although we all make mistakes, fear of failure doesn’t have to cripple you. As self-help author Susan Jeffers says, “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”

Please leave comments below and share on Twitter or Facebook if you feel this post will help others.

Keep Looking Up……………

p.s. The story goes that “Thomas Edison failed more than 1,000 times when trying to create the light bulb”.  (The story is often told as 5,000 or 10,000 times depending on the version.)  When asked about it, Edison allegedly said, “I have not failed 1,000 times.  I have successfully discovered 1,000 ways to NOT make a light bulb.” Great analogy to remember…
